On August 9th, 2004, Dr. Stephen Jones, author of Seven Secrets of How To Study, came to Valley Forge Military College to speak to 19 students. Out of the 19 students, 8 were already familiar with the text, due to the fact that it was the primary text for their English course for the summer. In the following statements, you will see the testimonials from the students following Dr. Jones’ guest appearance. I really appreciate and admire your dedication to the
college and academic community and especially the African-American community as a whole. I was reading the atricle about how colleges are ill informing black students about the admission process and their lack of informing them about the scholarships available to them.
